Overall Goal:

Achieve 12 out of 15 targets. 1-8 are mandatory.
i.e. To qualify for a citation, clubs must achieve items 1-8 and any FOUR others from 9-15.

1. Earn TWO plus points in Membership Development scheme. One point for every new member inducted and minus half point for every member lost during the year.
   
   
2. Participation of the Club President at District events (minimum of six monthly District events).
   
   
3. Hold a minimum of Four Family meetings (Rotary, Rotaract, Interact & Inner Wheel).
   
   
4. Maintain 60% average attendance
   
   
5. Minimum of one Bill Board to be displayed for Rotary publicity.
   
   
6. Allocate five minutes for Rotary information at every meeting.
   
   
7. Participate in the District Functional Literacy Programme.
   
   
8. Make all club members contribute towards the Rotary Foundation.
   
   
9. Achieve ‘Every Rotarian Every Year’ per capita goal of USD 100.
   
   
10. Register a WCS project/ participate in GSE, IYE or RYLA.
    
    
11. Develop a MG/WCS project bank with a minimum of 3 projects.
    
    
12. Participate in a water related service project.
    
    
13. Sponsor a minimum of ONE Interact Club.
    
    
14. Sponsor a minimum of ONE Rotaract Club.
    
    
15. Sponsor a minimum of ONE RCC
